Log into our customer control panel. Next, click on “Billing.” Then, under Payment method select “Enter new card.”

If this is your first time trying to log in to make a payment, please contact our billing team so we can set up your account to make online payments.

Log in to your account in the customer control panel. Then under “Account Info,” click “Change password.” If you forgot your password, please give us a call.

Log into your email account at https://zimbra.xmission.com, Next click on the Preferences tab, be sure that “General” is selected on the left-hand column. Next click the “Change Password” button.

If your account is managed by your mail admin, please contact your mail admin to change or update your password.

To verify the best speeds, please directly connect your computer to your router before conducting speed tests. XMission cannot guarantee full UTOPIA speeds over wireless connections since many WiFi routers are not fast enough.
